Baiduanjin Qi Gong, aka. the Eight Brocades, is a form of Medical Qi Gong consisting of 8 individual movements or exercises that is practiced to improve one’s health. Each exercise focuses on a different part of the body that, when practiced daily, improve overall vitality and strength.
